Five organizations. Five outcomes. One standard of partnership.
CASE STUDY 01 — FEATURED
Program Development · Publishing · Strategic Infrastructure

Kelley Martin, Founder — The Housing Institute. A community advocate and visionary working toward eradicating homelessness through education, training, and systems change.
Kelley had a powerful vision and deep community trust — but lacked the time, infrastructure, and support to bring her program to life. Her ideas were fully formed in her mind. What she needed was a partner who could extract that vision and build something the world could hold.
WHAT WE BUILT TOGETHER
✔ 10-week structured video and content program — fully scripted and produced
✔ Participant workbook — designed, formatted, and published
✔ Lesson slides for each of the 10 sessions
✔ Train-the-Trainer companion manual — designed and published
✔ End-to-end publishing of all program materials
A major organization licensed The Housing Institute's 10-week program and brought Kelley in to train their team leaders — taking the work from vision to vetted, scalable curriculum used inside a corporate infrastructure to address homelessness in the community.
