Meet Nashika Kelly - Lead Strategic Partner

Nashika Kelly is a revenue strategist, organizational consultant, and execution partner with a background spanning hospitality, finance, and software.

She founded Nashika Kelly Enterprises after observing a consistent gap — organizations with powerful missions that lacked the infrastructure, strategy, and systems to sustain them.

Today she works alongside nonprofits, foundations, and mission-driven organizations as a full strategic partner, from clarity through execution.

She is also the Founder and Executive Director of One Page Family – Center for Youth Innovation, a nonprofit investing in BIPOC youth and families through mentorship, innovation, and family restoration.
